It’s time for Northwest Leadership Institute 2024! On May 1st and 2nd, we are inviting all leaders from the Northwest and beyond to gather together for two days in Boise and grow in our ability to lead our teams and communities in inclusion, openness, organizational health, and mission! Within our organizations (churches, community outreach, non-profits) we often know where we want to go and what we want to accomplish, but don’t always know how to get there.

At NLI 2024, we will look at what steps leaders can take to reach their goals! On Day 1, Tod Bolsinger will guide us through ways to build a more healthy, resilient, and organized team, and on Day 2, Jamie Bruesehoff will share concrete steps for making our organizations and communities safer and more inclusive to members of the LGBTQ+ community and their allies.

NLI 2024 will also feature dynamic and informational workshops mean to help inspire and provide resources to building up your community. We will also spend time together in worship, prayer, fellowship, and rest.

Due to flight delays, the schedule for NLI 2024 will be adjusted in the following ways

  • Keynote 2 featuring Tod Bolsinger will be moved to 2:00pm on May 1st
  • Breakout Session 1 will be moved to 10:30am on May 1st
  • Breakout Session 2 will be moved to 12:45pm on May 1st
  • Keynote 3 featuring Tod Bolsinger will be moved to 3:15pm on May 1st
