Longest Night
December is the month with the longest nights of the year, and for those of us who have recently lost someone we love, it can be one of the loneliest, hardest times of the year. In times like this, Cathedral’s care team wants to offer you a service to remind you that you are not alone, and to help you grieve through it in community.
We will hold a longest night service on Tuesday, December 16th, at 6:30 in the Sanctuary at our Downtown campus. This is a meditative service built to offer a space to those in mourning this Advent season. We offer prayer candles, music, and liturgy to honor those who have passed.
You are not alone. We will stand with you.
